The Week Ahead in North Salem

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - Following is a list of upcoming events this week in North Salem:

Tuesday 

TOWN HALL: The North Salem Town Board will hold a regular meeting plus work session at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Annex. Click here for the agenda.

RUTH KEELER LIBRARY: Mother Goose Story Time, for ages birth to 2 1/2-year-olds, will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Caregivers must be present.

Wednesday  

RUTH KEELER LIBRARY: Family Stories and Crafts, suitable for children of all ages, will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Thursday 

RUTH KEELER LIBRARY: Bagels and Books, a book discussion group for adults, will be held at the library from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. This week’s book is “Fasting, Feasting” by Amsai Desai. No registration is necessary.

Daytime Knitting will meet between 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Bring your current project or try something new. No registration is necessary. Drop-ins are welcome. 

THE SCHOOLHOUSE THEATER: It’s the premiere performance of JP Miller’s “The Days of Wine and Roses.” Tickets are $33 and can be ordered by phone at 914-277-8477 or online. The play will be performed Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (matinee) through March 25. Sunday matinees are followed by talk back sessions with guest celebrities.

SOMERS’ KENNEDY HIGH SCHOOL: The JFK Drama Club will present Cole Porter’s “Anything Goes.” Performances are Thursday through Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and students. Call 914-232-5061 Ext. 226 or write to AnythingGoes@KennedyCatholic.org
