Like most volunteer fire departments, Goldens Bridge needs to bolster its number of emergency responders so it can continue to provide optimum protection for its neighbors.
As part of RecruitNY, the Goldens Bridge Fire Department will hold an Open House on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to introduce people to its equipment and highlight the duties and rewards of being a volunteer firefighter. The staff will be on hand to discuss requirements, conduct demonstrations, answer questions and explain how to get involved. Refreshments will be served.
