Parsons said it was not a "new development" while also saying that the report was a little “more complimentary” to Lewisboro.
Parsons also discussed zoning changes under way that the report acknowledged. They include allowing for accessory apartments to be considered, rezoning general business retail and commercial areas to also allow multifamily housing, and the inclusion of one affordable housing unit for every 10 put up.
Parsons' answer came in response to a question from Waccabuc resident Susan Auslander at a League of Women's Voters event called "State of the Towns."
Parsons was joined by his neighboring counterparts, Bedford Supervisor Chris Burdick and North Salem Supervisor Warren Lucas. The talk was held at the Katonah Village Library.
