Arrest In Somers Child Sex Case Comes As Shock To Some

DANBURY, Conn. -- Friends and colleagues were shocked to hear of the charges levied against Paul Hines, the Western Connecticut State University professor from Danbury who was charged with having sexual contact with a 15-year-old Somers boy, according to the newstimes.com. 

Danbury resident Paul Hines, 73, was charged with third-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child by the New York State Police in Somers.
