Ridgefield Changes Traffic Pattern At Intersection Near South Salem

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. — In an effort to improve safety, the town Ridgefield has changed the traffic pattern at the intersection of West Lane and Cedar Lane.

Drivers should stay to the right of the island at West Lane and Cedar Lane in Ridgefield.

All drivers should now stay to the right of the small island in the roadway. There are also signs on the small island directing traffic to the right lane. 

This change was made at the recommendation of the Police Commission to improve traffic safety, Ridgefield police said in a Facebook post.
