SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. - Bruce L. "Joe" Berlt, of South Salem, died Dec. 10 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease under the care giving of his wife Joan. He was 77. 

Born Jul. 11, 1934 in Valatie, N.Y., he was the son of the late Charles and Winifred Berlt. A resident of South Salem for over 45 years, Berlt owned North White Plains Service Center from 1961 until ...
