Starting today, Better Schools Bonanza, presented by Main Street Connect and sponsored by Entergy, is coming to town – and your child's elementary school could win $10,000 cash.
All you have to do is register the school on this or one of Main Street Connect's sibling sites and the school in the area that earns the most votes over the next month will win $10,000. Second-place will get $1,000. And, as a special bonus, every other school that gets 500 votes or more will receive $500.

This is a great thing, it's good to see young and old fathers getting involved, this is a positive view because many kids see the mother doing this job. Children need both parents and it's special to see a father and son stand together in this day and time. Hats off to Kevin Edwards and his wife, for being a positive role model. This is what is needed, more parents getting involved and standing strong for their children.
