Two South Salem Students Named To College Dean’s Lists

SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. – Two South Salem students have received dean’s list honors at their colleges.

Matthew J. Emmer received second honors on the Clark University dean's list for the fall 2012 semester. To be eligible for second honors, a student must have a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.79 of a maximum of 4.3. Founded in 1887, Clark is located in Worcester, Mass.

Ciara Jacquelyn Hautau was named to Clemson University's dean's list for the fall 2012 semester. Hautau is majoring in graphic communications. To be named to the dean's list at Clemson, a student must achieve a grade-point average between 3.50 and 3.99 on a 4.0 scale. Clemson is in Clemson, S.C.
