Level 3 Sex Offender Relocates To Goldens Bridge, Say Authorities

GOLDENS BRIDGE, N.Y. – A registered Level Three sex offender recently relocated to Goldens Bridge, according to a Megan’s Law notice.

The convicted sex offender is Christopher “Chris” Manstrelli, 48, of 35 Old Bedford Road, Goldens Bridge, according to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.

Manstrelli was convicted in 2006 of felony sodomy: deviate intercourse with a person less than 11, according to court records.

The incident happened in 2003 and involved a 9-year-old girl, court records show.

Level Three sex offenders are considered to have a high risk of re-offense, which is why the Katonah-Lewisboro School District issues such notices.

It is illegal to use any public or private information available about a convicted sex offender for the purposes of harassment and/or stalking.
