LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- The final $200,000 needed to build the controversial tennis courts at John Jay High School will come from donations, according to the Lewisboro Ledger.

Rob Labriola, head coach of the boys' varsity tennis team and the John Jay Booster Club have led the fundraising effort, collecting $400,000, according to the article.

The project ran into a roadblock when unforeseen environmental protection costs drove the price tag of the project up, the Ledger wrote.
