Lewisboro Town Board Names Committee Chairs, Members

LEWISBORO, N.Y. – The Lewisboro Town Board held its annual organization meeting this week and made numerous appointments to the town’s boards, committees and councils, as well as several other positions.

The appointments are as follows:

  • Jerome Kerner, chair of the Planning Board – one-year term
  • Geoffrey Eggington, chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals – one-year term
  • Jason Krellenstein, appointed member of the Zoning Board of Appeals – five-year term
  • Ian Harris, chair of the Parks & Recreation Advisory Council – one-year term
  • Greg LaSorsa, Sophie Bernier and Maryanne Brogan, appointed as members of the Park & Recreation Advisory Council – two-year terms
  • Paul Lewis, appointed to the Stormwater Management Committee – two-year term, and chair of the Stormwater Management Committee – one-year term
  • Janet Anderson, Joel Smith and Peter Ripperger, appointed members of the Stormwater Management Committee – two-year terms
  • Heather Flournoy, chair of the Sustainability Committee – one-year term
  • Michael Gordon, appointed member of the Sustainability Committee – two-year term
  • Ciorsdan Conran, chair of the Architecture & Community Appearance Review Council (ACARC) – one-year term
  • Gail Ascher, appointed member of the Architecture & Community Appearance Review Council (ACARC) – three-year term
  • Lawrence Mandelker, chair of the Board of Assessment Review – one-year term
  • Dean Travalino, chair of the Cable Television Advisory Committee – one-year term
  • Steve Shapiro, Glenn Ostrander, Ray Moore and Glen DeFaber, appointed as members of the Cable Television Advisory Committee – one year terms
  • Janet Andersen, appointed to Conservation Advisory Council – two-year term, and chair of the Conservation Advisory Council – one-year term
  • Adam Ochs, chair of the Emergency Management Committee – one year term
  • Tom Herzog, chair of the Housing Committee – one-year term
  • Linda Rae, appointed member of the Housing Committee – two-year term
  • David Sachs, chair of the Lakes Management Committee – one-year term
  • Ted Strauss, chair of the Landmarks Advisory Committee – one-year term
  • Greg Monteleone, appointed member of the Open Space & Preserves Advisory Committee – two-year term, as well as chair of the Open Space & Preserves Advisory Committee – one-year term
  • Callie Bauer, Edward Wickersham and Mark Gordon, appointed to the Open Space & Preserves Advisory Committee – two-year terms
  • Peter Beardsley, chair of the Advisory Committee for the Disabled – one-year term
  • Deirdre Casper and Lorey Leddy, appointed as members of the Advisory Committee for the Disabled – three-year terms
  • Ted Sohonyay, appointed as member of Antenna Advisory Board – five-year term, as well as chair of the Antenna Advisory Board – one-year term
  • Town Clerk Janet Donohue, appointed elections officer (one-year term), marriage officer (three-year term) and registrar of Vital Statistics (one-year term)
  • Paul Bauer, deputy building inspector – one-year term
  • Christine McKenna, dog control officer – one-year term
  • Peter Barrett and Paul Bauer, fire Inspectors – one-year terms
  • Connie Green O’Donnell, town supervisor’s confidential secretary – one-year term
  • Town Board member Peter DeLucia, deputy supervisor, one-year term
  • Mary Hafter, deputy town clerk, deputy elections officer and deputy registrar of Vital Statistics – one-year terms
  • Deidre Casper, deputy receiver of taxes – one-year term
  • Herodes & Mole, PC, of Mahopac, appointed town attorneys, subject to negotiated contract
  • Kellard Sessions Consulting of Armonk, appointed town engineers, subject to negotiated contract
