South Salem Man Charged With Assault

LEWISBORO, N.Y. – A South Salem man was arrested early Monday and charged with an assault that left the victim with a mouth wound that required seven stitches, New York State Police reported. 

After an investigation, Jackson B. Lambert, 20, was charged with assault in the third degree.

Jackson was arraigned in Lewisboro Town Court and released on his own recognizance.  He is scheduled to reappear in court on Sept. 17.
