The 19-year-old victim was taken to Putnam Hospital Center, and found to have a BAC of over 0.4 percent, according to police.

An investigation determined that Donte M. Floyd, 19, of Patterson bought alcohol with a fraudulent identification card and then provided the alcohol to the underage victim, police said.

Floyd was charged with unlawful dealing with a child in the first degree, a Class A misdemeanor.

Floyd was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Patterson Justice Court on Nov. 30.
