Ridgefield Man Charged With Violating Order Of Protection

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown police reported the arrest of Tyler T. Rodgers, 28, on charges of criminal contempt.

Rodgers is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Aug. 25.

According to Yorktown Police, officer Khan was called to a disturbance on Aug. 14 and found the Ridgefield, Conn., resident at a residence in violation of a stay-away order of protection issued by the Yorktown Justice Court.

The defendant was placed under arrest and brought to Westchester Hospital for a medical emergency, according to the Yorktown Police Department.
