Lewisboro police were dispatched to the Getty station on Smithridge Road at 6:05 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, on a report of a menacing call. The attendant told officers that two white males entered the station. One had a stun gun, which he activated, causing it to spark, the attendant told police. The suspect held it in front of the attendant's face for five to 10 seconds while it was activated, police said.

He asked the suspect with the stun gun to get it away from his face or “I’m going to slap you,” police said. The second suspect replied, “No you won’t. He’s my bro – I’ll kill you,” the attendant told police.

After he asked the suspects to leave several times, they finally did,, police said. Once outside, the victim told police that one of the suspects pointed his hand and fingers at him to mimic a shooting motion.

The victim said the two males left in a flatbed truck and headed toward New Canaan. Both seemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, he said. The attendant declined to press charges.
