To the Editor:
With so many decisions to make this November, one should be clear: voting for Janet Donohue as Lewisboro town clerk. Janet has demonstrated the experience needed; she is our current town clerk. As an added bonus, the town clerk’s role is non-partisan, so your political party does not have to play a role in voting for Janet.
Janet was deputy town clerk and webmaster four years prior to assuming her lead role. Janet has not only gotten her feet wet, but proven her ability. Kind, compassionate, and civic minded, Janet Donohue’s many tasks are varied and at times personal: notarizing our documents, marrying our citizens, and at times signing their death certificates and arranging for their burials.
I trust Janet Donohue to handle the most personal issues with respect and discretion.
Vote for Janet Donohue, our incumbent town clerk, in November.
