Richard H. 'Richie' Hubert, 75, Katonah Resident

KATONAH, N.Y. -- Richard H."Richie" Hubert -- a longtime Katonah resident, formerly of the Bronx -- died Saturday, Jan. 30. He was 75.

Hubert was born Jan. 19, 1941, in Denville, N.J. to Harold and Gladys (Welfare) Hubert. 

Hubert served in the Army during the Korean War. He retired from bus-driving for the Pioneer Bus Company, in the Bronx.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Orr) Hubert; children Richard Hubert Jr., Jennie Hubert and Lisa Hubert-Curl; five grandchildren.

Hubert was predeceased by his sister, Carol.

Visiting hours will be from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 E. Main St., in Mount Kisco. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Calverton National Cemetery, in Calverton.
