SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. - Rhonda Jane Brooks of South Salem, formerly of Greenwich, Conn., died Wednesday, Oct. 8. She was 59.
Brooks was born March 8, 1955, in White Plains, to Adele (Berbusse) Ziegelmeier of Patterson and Robert Ziegelmeier. She graduated from Mt. St. Vincent School in Tuxedo Park and attended Parkersburg Community College, Parkersburg, W. Va., for studies in gerontology.
Brooks is survived by her sons, Chipper and Tymon Brooks; sister, Regina Norum of Parkersburg, W. Va.; and brothers, Richard Ziegelmeier of Patterson and Robert Ziegelmeier of Somers. She was predeceased by her father, Robert.
Calling hours are Saturday, Oct. 18 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Ave., Brewster. A funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18 at the funeral home. A private cremation was held earlier.
