Lillian Telesco, 82, Former South Salem Resident

SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. – Lillian M. Telesco, a former South Salem resident, died Sept. 14 at her son David's home in Brookfield, Conn. She was 82. 

Born July 30, 1930, in Stamford, Conn., she was a daughter of Peter and Livia Vitti. She was married to Angelo J. Telesco. Telesco was also a former resident of Stamford, Conn. She lived in Brookfield with her son for the last 13 years. 

Her husband died in 1994.

Telesco is survived by four sons, Michael (Pam) Telesco, of Mahopac, N.Y., Thomas (Robin) Telesco, of Easton, Conn., David Telesco, of Brookfield, and John (Lynn) Telesco, of Southbury, Conn.; two brothers, Mario and Peter Vitti, both of Stamford; a sister, Alice Vitti, of Woodbury, Conn.; nine grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. 

Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at Hoyt Funeral Home in New Canaan, Conn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Wednesday, at St. Aloysius Church in New Canaan. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in New Canaan.
