South Salem Woman Found Inhaling Nitrous In Wilton Parking Lot

WILTON, Conn. -- A New York woman was arrested on several drug charges after she was found inhaling nitrous oxide from a whip cream charger in her car in Wilton, according to police.

On Sunday, April 2, an officer was dispatched to Dunkin' Donuts in Wilton on a report of a woman in a black Lexus "smoking something" in her car, police said. 

When the officer arrived, he found Margarita Rubin, 42, of South Salem, N.Y. using a whip cream charger to inhale nitrous oxide to get high, according to police.

Police said that on further investigation, she was found to be in possession of LSD and MDMA, and was operating on a suspended license. 

She was charged with possession of a restricted substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, possession of a hallucinogen and operating with a suspended license. She posted $5,000 bond and will appear in court April 19.
