Monday, April 23

Lewisboro Town Board Meeting: 7:30 p.m. The town board will hold a regular meeting at the library. Part of the discussion will include a presentation of the plans to renovate and expand the Lewisboro Library. 15 Main St., South Salem

Tuesday, April 24

Katonah-Lewisboro Board of Education Meeting: 7:30 p.m. The school board will hold a special meeting at John Jay High School library to act upon recommendations of the administration relating to business and personnel matters. 60 N. Salem Road, Cross River

Lewisboro Planning Board Meeting: 7:30 p.m. The planning board will hold its regular monthly meeting in the first floor meeting room of the Town House. 11 Main St., South Salem

Lewisboro Library’s Fiction Writing Workshop: 7 p.m. The library will hold its fiction writing workshop, led by South Salem author Kim Kovach (“A Few Bad Decisions,” “The Adventures of Kitchawan Kenny”). Wednesday, April 25

Lewisboro Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting: 7:30 p.m. The zoning board of appeals will hold its regular monthly meeting at the Town House. The agenda includes a variance request from Homeland Towers to expand its cell tower on Waccabuc Road from the town-maximum height of 120 feet to 154 feet.

Wolf Pup Wednesday at Le Chateau – Birthday Celebration: 6-9 p.m. The Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem is celebrating its ambassador pups Zephyr and Alawa’s first birthday.  Local “celebrity bartenders” will pour drinks to benefit the WCC at Le Chateau Restaurant. Longtime friends of the WCC – Country Farmer’s Laura Hollister, Sally de Vengoechea of ASAP, and Stacy Geisinger of Stacy Knows – will donate all tips to the WCC and Le Chateau will donate one-third of all drink proceeds. There will also be a raffle with WCC items and more. This is a free event that requires no registration. Route 35 (near Route 123), South Salem

Lewisboro Library Mother Goose Time: 10:30 a.m. The library presents songs and stories for newborns to children 20-months-old. Registration is required. Call 914-761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem

Thursday, April 26

Lewisboro Library Toddler Time: 10:30 a.m. The library offers up stories and activities for children ages 20 months to 3 years. It will also hold its pre-school program for kids 3 to 6 at 1:30 p.m. Both events require registration. Call the library at 914-761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem

Lewisboro Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting: 7:30 p.m. The parks and recreation committee will hold its regular monthly meeting at the parks and recreation offices. 65 Old Bedford Road, Goldens Bridge

John Jay Eighth Grade Parent Orientation: 7 p.m. The Katonah-Lewisboro School District will hold an orientation for parents whose children are entering the eighth grade at John Jay High School. 60 N. Salem Road, Cross River
