LEWISBORO, N.Y. State police arrested a New York City man in Lewisboro last week and charged him with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Scott, G. Letcher, 54, was arrested after he was involved in a property damage auto accident on Main Street. The investigation revealed Letcher to be intoxicated with blood-alcohol content (BAC) of .23 percent.
Letcher is due to appear in Lewisboro Town Court on Oct. 24.
