HAWTHORNE, N.Y. -- State police officers held their own Super Bowl event Sunday night with a roving DWI saturation detail across the county.

Jullian Pena, 28, of Yonkers was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated in Greenburgh after being stopped for speeding on the Sprain Brook Parkway.

Pena was processed at the Hawthorne barracks, where he submitted to a breath test that indicated he had a .20 percent blood alcohol concentration, according to police. He was issued traffic tickets and has to appear in the Greenburgh Court on Feb. 13.

In addition to the DWI arrest of Pena, 23 other traffic tickets were issued during the detail for 10 speeding violations, two seatbelt violations, three cell phone violations and eight other traffic violations.
