LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- The application process for the affordable housing development proposed for Goldens Bridge continues to move forward, according to the Lewisboro Ledger.
John Bainlardi, the vice president of Wilder Balter Partners, presented an altered building plan reducing the number of housing units from 49 to 45 at the Dec. 15 Planning Board meeting, according to the ledger.
A motion to make the Planning Board the lead agency to provide oversight to the housing development did not pass. Some members cited a need for more information before acting as the lead agency.
