LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- Four students from John Jay High School who participated in last semester's Senior Experience Internship received proclamations from the Lewisboro Town Board.

Last spring these seniors worked in collaboration with the Lewisboro Land Trust in creating and implementing a 5,000-square-foot educational Native Plant Garden at the Leon Levy Preserve, as well as building new trails in the preserve.

The seniors also worked on Ward Pound Ridge Reservation and Teatown Reservation with NY-NJ Trail Conference and on the Leon Levy Preserve with the Lewisboro Land Trust.
