The board voted to retain Hydro Environmental Solutions Inc. for a cost of up to $9,500. The firm is responsible for conducting a groundwater study.
Lewisboro Supervisor Peter Parsons confirmed to Daily Voice that the company was hired to test for the salt levels. He added that there may be "corrective action," if necessary.
