LEWISBORO, N.Y. State police arrested a Cross River woman early Sunday morning and charged her with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
At approximately 2:05 a.m., police said officers responded to a call at the intersection of routes 138 and 121 in Lewisboro for an automobile accident. Police said that a subsequent investigation revealed the driver, Christine M. White, 45, of Cross River to be intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.22 percent.
White was charged with aggravated DWI and is due back in Lewisboro Town Court on June 11.
