Bicyclist Hit by Car in Lewisboro Escapes Injury

SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. – A bicyclist on Route 35 was struck by a car Thursday morning but managed to escape with minor injuries.

Lewisboro police and the Lewisboro Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded to the call just after 10:30 a.m. at Route 35 and Ridgefield Road. Lewisboro police said the cyclist suffered only minor scrapes and bruises and was treated at the scene.
