South Salem Neighbors Object To Additional Horses

LEWISBORO, N.Y. – Lynn Bygott, owner of South Salem’s Hazelnut Farms, wants to expand the number of horses allowed on her property beyond its current maximum of 14.

But neighbors are opposed to the increase for various reasons, according to a report in the Lewisboro Ledger.
