LEWISBORO, N.Y. – Lewisboro Town Board member Frank V. Kelly has graduated from the U.S. Army War College with the Class of 2012, earning a master’s degree in strategic leadership.

Kelly received his diploma during ceremonies July 27 at the Carlisle Barracks in Carlisle, Pa.
