SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. - Former South Salem postal worker, Lorraine P. Gagliardi died Dec. 2. She was 60.
She was born Jan. 22, 1951 in Brooklyn N.Y. For over 20 years, she worked as a postal worker for the South Salem Post Office.
Most recently of Dover Plains, N.Y., Gagliardi was a dedicated life member of the Lewisboro Volunteer Ambulance Corps, where she was a former captain. She was the former wife of Nicholas Gagliardi, Sr.
Surviving are her son Nicholas Gagliardi, Jr. of Dover Plains, her daughter Christina Gagliardi of Clinton Corners, N.Y., her sisters Edith Nolan of Middletown, N.Y. and Norma Morton of Las Vegas, Nev. and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday at South Salem Presbyterian Church followed by a private interment. Funeral arrangements by Clark Associates Funeral Home .
