The South Salem resident, chairwoman of the town’s Conservation Advisory Council and member of other local entities that monitor the wet stuff, says the efforts of many people working together have made a huge difference, The Lewisboro Ledger article said.

Although the overall maintenance of its residential septic systems could use some tweaking, the town has made a lot of progress in a number of environmentally important areas, including stormwater management and lake improvement, Andersen told The Lewisboro Ledger.
