There’s lots going on in the Pound Ridge/Lewisboro area this weekend, including the Pound Ridge Fine Arts Festival and the Lewisboro Library’s Jazz, Soul & a Taste of Lewisboro benefit concert.

Friday, Oct. 26

Fun with Music: 11 a.m. The Pound Ridge Library presents “Fun with Music” featuring Laura D’Amico for children ages 5 and under. Registration is required. Call the library at 914-764-5085. 271 Westchester Ave., Pound Ridge.

Lewisboro Library’s Jazz, Soul & a Taste of Lewisboro: 8 p.m. The library will present a fund-raising concert with The Jazz Soul Coalition, featuring music producer and jazz vibraphonist Steve Shapiro. The evening’s menu offers samplings of fine fare from local eateries. Sponsoring businesses include Crowley Cheese, The Daily Dish, Fifth Division Market, and The Horse & Hound. General seating is still available at $25 per person, and tickets may be reserved in advance or purchased at the door. Sleeping With Wolves: 5 p.m.-9 a.m. The Wolf Conservation Center’s nocturnal adventure experience gives visitors a chance to camp out overnight with the 25 wolves that call the center home. Cost is $300 per four-person tent. Singles are $150 but must bring their own tent. Admission includes a pizza party with the center’s ambassador wolves, an opportunity to behold critically endangered red and Mexican wolves, a movie under the stars, evening snacks and a light breakfast. Gossett Brothers Farm Market: 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The Gossett Brothers Farm Market features fresh produce, meats and cheese, as well as seafood. The market is at 1202 Route 35, at Gossett Brothers Nursery in South Salem.

Evnin Rising Stars at Caramoor: 8 p.m. The Evnin Rising Stars program at Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, named in honor of chairman emerita, Judy Evnin, now in its 21st year, is led by Artistic Director Pamela Frank, who searches for young musicians with the talent, personality, and musicality to benefit most fully from this program and places them in ensembles for an intense week of rehearsals and coaching sessions. Shows on Saturday and Sunday feature Rising Stars Benjamin Beilman, violin; Nikki Chooi, violin; Alexi Kenney, violin; Ayane Kozasa, viola; Vicki Powell, viola; Jeonghyoun Christine Lee, cello; and Karen Ouzounian, cello. The show is in the Rosen House Music Room. WCC’s Fall Foliage Sunset Photo Session: 3:30-6 p.m. Join the Wolf Conservation Center for this special opportunity to photograph the WCC’s ambassador wolves: Atka, Alawa and Zephyr, in the warm glow of the sunset. Guests will also be given access to photograph the WCC critically endangered Mexican wolves and red wolves too from vantage points not generally available during regular visits. Each guest will receive an official 2012 Wolf Awareness Week poster. Cost is $150 per person. This event is for ages 13 and up only. Pre-registration is required. Space is very limited.
