Bedford Arts & Music Fall Classes: 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Bring your newborn, toddler, or preschooler to one of our research-based, fun-filled music and movement classes. Varies. South Salem Presbyterian Church, 111 Spring St., South Salem.

Fiction Writing Workshop: 7 to 8:30 p.m. In this most popular program for adults, participants will explore character, setting, point-of-view, and dialogue via in-class writing exercises and homework assignments.
