Monday, Feb. 18

In observance of President’s Day, all Lewisboro town offices, including the Town House, as well as all schools in the Katonah-Lewisboro School District, will be closed.

Tuesday, Feb. 19

Personalized Board Books at the Library: 1 p.m. Learn how to make a personalized board book for a younger sibling. The library will provide the books and participants should bring personal photos to use in the book, plus a picture of the sibling who the book will be given to. Space is limited and registration is required for this event for kids in grades 1-5. Call 914-761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem

Blackout Poetry: 4 p.m. This Lewisboro Library event is for students in middle and high school. Called Creative Destruction, this emerging poetry form is shaping another person’s words into your own. Take any written material (e.g. an old book) then use a dark marker to blackout words that are unnecessary to create your own unique poem. Registration is required. Planning Board: 7:30 p.m. The Lewisboro Planning Board will hold a meeting at the town offices at the lower level of the Orchard Square shopping center. North Salem Road, Cross River

Wednesday, Feb. 20

Lewisboro Adults Seniors Meeting: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. The seniors will hold their regular weekly meeting at the South Salem firehouse. For more info, contact senior adult director Pam Veith at 914-232-6162. 1190 Route 35, South Salem

Friends of the Library: 7:30 p.m. Friends of the Lewisboro Library will hold a meeting at the library. 15 Main St., South Salem.

Lewisboro Library Mother Goose Time: 10:30 a.m. The library presents songs and stories for newborns to children 20 months old. Registration is required. Call (914) 761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem

Thursday, Feb. 21

Lewisboro Library Toddler Time: 10:30 a.m. The library offers stories and activities for children ages 20 months to 3 years. It will also hold its preschool program for ages 3 to 6 at 1:30 p.m. Both events require registration. Call the library at (914) 761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem

Friday, Feb. 22

Team Jeopardy Night: 7 p.m. This Lewisboro Library event is for students in middle and high school. Come prepared to join a team and answer questions about pop culture, as well as Lewisboro trivia. Registration is required. Call the library at (914) 761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem
