Monday, Jan. 21

Martin Luther King Day: The national holiday means that all government offices, Katonah-Lewisboro School District schools and the Lewisboro Library will be closed.

Tuesday, Jan. 22

Library Teen Advisory Group: 7 p.m. The Lewisboro Library’s Teen Advisory Group will hold a meeting at the library. 15 Main Street, South Salem

Planning Board: 7:30 p.m. The Lewisboro Planning Board will hold its monthly meeting at the town offices on the lower level of the Orchard Square shopping center. North Salem Road (Route 121), Cross River

Wednesday, Jan. 23

Lewisboro Adults Seniors Meeting: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. The seniors will hold their regular weekly meeting at the South Salem firehouse. For more information, contact senior adult director Pam Veith at 914-232-6162. 1190 Route 35, South Salem

Lewisboro Library Mother Goose Time: 10:30 a.m. The library presents songs and stories for newborns to children 20 months old. Registration is required. Call 914-761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem

John Jay Middle School PTO: 7 p.m. The John Jay Middle School PTO will hold a meeting at the middle school.  40 North Salem Road, Cross River

Thursday, Jan. 24

Lewisboro Library Toddler Time: 10:30 a.m. The library offers stories and activities for children ages 20 months to 3 years. It will also hold its preschool program for ages 3 to 6 at 1:30 p.m. Both events require registration. Call the library at 914-761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem

Board of Education: 7:30 The Katonah-Lewisboro Board of Education will hold a meeting at the John Jay Middle School library, 40 North Salem Road, Cross River.

“Greeking Awesome”: 7 p.m. The Lewisboro Library‘s “Greeking Awesome” is a toga party for students in middle and high school that will feature food, games, crafts and the film “Hercules” playing in the background. Registration is required. Call the library at 914-761-3857. 15 Main St., South Salem

iPad Tips and Tricks: 11 a.m. This Lewisboro Library program will teach you how to learn how to use your iPad more effectively. In addition to downloading free library books, beginners and more advanced users will learn useful tips, tricks and apps for the iPad. Registration is required.
