Attendees will discover local wildflowers and bring home a gift plant provided by Lewisboro Garden Club. The walk will start by meeting at Old Field Preserve in Waccabuc, at the intersection of Mead Street and Schoolhouse Road.

It will be led by Carol Gracie who is an author, photographer and naturalist. Gracie wrote two books on wildflowers, "Wildflowers in the Field and Forest: A Field Guide to the Northeastern United States," and "Spring Wildflowers of the Northeast: A Natural History."

Carol has taught at the New York Botanical Garden for over 30 years, and has led numerous foreign tours for that organization.
