South Salem Presbyterian Church To Host Piano Performance By Frederic Chiu

SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. -- The South Salem Presbyterian Church will be hosting its Sanctuary Series with "Piano Symphonique," a piano performance by Yahama artist Frederic Chiu, on Sunday, April 27 at 3 p.m.

During the performance, Chiu will play the Liszt transcription of Beethoven's "Fifth Symphony: and a duet arrangement of "Symphony No. 6" and the "Pastoral" with Yashar Yaslowitz, director of the Carnegie Concert Series in Nyack.

The Sanctuary Series is intended to present recitals by leading pianists in the pastoral setting of the historic Hamlet of South Salem.
