Lewisboro Library Fair Donations Being Collected

LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- The Lewisboro Library is seeking donations of books, toys and attic treasures to prepare for its annual sale.

Donations are being accepted between 10 a.m. and noon Aug. 10, 17, 24 and Sept. 7 at Onatru Farm, 99 Elmwood Road, South Salem. Donations must be in boxes; no garbage bags.

Donated books must be in good condition (no water damage or mildew), and no textbooks, condensed books, encyclopedias or magazines.

Also being sought are gently used furniture, bicycles, art work, kitchen items and sports equipment. The library cannot accept upholstered furniture, computers and accessories, stuffed animals or exercise machines.

The annual Lewisboro Library Fair will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 21 at Onatru Farm.
