GREENWICH, Conn. – Thomas S. Shilen Jr., of Greenwich, died Monday, Jan. 25. He was 56.
Born March 23, 1959, to Thomas and Helen Shilen, he worked as a finance executive.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen; daughters Jacqueline "Jacko" and Julia; son, Nicholas; his mother, Helen; brother John (Sheila); and nieces and nephew Cristin, Caitlin and Jonathan.
He is predeceased by his father, Thomas, and sister, Marilee.
Family and friends will gather Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Coxe and Graziano Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Ave., Greenwich. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at St. Michael the Archangel in Greenwich. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kids in Crisis or the Auburn University Equestrian Team.
