Katonah's Barbara Israel Opening Its Garden To The Public

KATONAH, N.Y. -- Barbara Israel Garden Antiques will host an "Evening in the Garden" June 12 at Israel's Steepway Farm in Katonah. The event is a celebration of 30 years in business.

"I have no sense of the time passing, only of the work which I still love as much as I ever did," Israel said. The evening will feature food, drink and lights. Steepway Farm is also home to Israel's inventory of antique garden ornaments.

The anniversary event will be in coordination with the Bedford Garden Club's event at the property next door owned by Vickie and Steve Morris. Cocktails and a silent auction will be at the next door event.
