Hackensack Man Accused Of Assaulting Secaucus Police In Bar Fight

A Hackensack man fought with police at a Secaucus go-go bar early Sunday morning, leaving an officer with a fractured thumb, a spokesman for the police department said.

Officers were called to AJ's Go-Go Nightclub and Sports Bar, 201 Secaucus Road, shortly before 2 a.m. on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, Stefan Autie, 30, shoved and punched the officers, the spokesman said.

Autie was charged with aggravated assault against two police officers, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was issued a summons and released.
