Alert Issued For Missing 23-Year-Old Who Could Be In Westchester

A missing persons alert has been issued for Joseph Massaro, 23, of Bay Shore, according to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.

Police are searching for Joseph Massaro, 23, of Bay Shore who has been missing since Tuesday, Dec. 1. He suffers from mental health disorders and is in need of medicine. Use caution if you see him and call authorities.

Massaro, a vulnerable adult with mental health disorders, may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen on North Thompson Drive in Bay Shore, at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 1.

He is described as being 5-feet-10-inches tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Massaro was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a green sweatshirt and no shoes.

Officials say Massaro may become aggressive, and to use caution if you spot him.
