LEWISBORO, N.Y. – Lewisboro’s 15th Annual Fireworks Spectacular in celebration of Independence Day is scheduled for Saturday, June 29. It will be held at Onatru Farm Park on Elmwood Road, South Salem.

Designated parking will start at 5 p.m. and the park will officially open at 6 p.m. with activities for children, food sold by the Lions Club, musical entertainment and more. Remember to bring blankets, chairs and picnic baskets, insect repellent and, perhaps, a flashlight. Note that no barbecue apparatus will be allowed, no pets will be admitted and no smoking will be permitted.

Elmwood Road will be limited to northbound traffic only. Onatru Park can be reached by driving along Route 123 and turning onto Shady Lane, which intersects with Elmwood just south of the park. The parking fee is $20 per car.

The fireworks will begin at dusk, approximately 9:15 p.m. Be prepared for some delay in leaving the parking areas afterwards.

In case of rain, the spectacular will be held on Tuesday, July 2.
